Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions – Pivot Studio

By applying to and participating in the Pivot Studio Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Pivot Studio in connection with earning commissions on referrals and sales through your affiliate link.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

  • To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our official affiliate program portal.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, based on the information provided and our own internal criteria and vision for the program.
  • If your application is approved, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard where you can generate tracking links and monitor performance.

2. Commission Structure

  • Standard Commission Rate: 15% per referred sale (excluding shipping and taxes).
  • Commissions are calculated only on the product subtotal (before tax and shipping).
  • You may not earn commissions on your own orders unless specifically allowed in future updates (currently disabled).

3. Commission Rules

  • First Purchase Only: Commissions apply to any customer referred through your link, regardless of whether it is their first purchase.
  • Refunds: If a referred order is refunded, any unpaid commissions will be automatically rejected.
  • Zero-Amount Orders: Commissions for orders with a subtotal of $0 may still be registered and tracked for record-keeping, but no payout will occur.
  • Self-referrals: Affiliates are not allowed to earn commissions on purchases made using their own referral link.

4. Payout Conditions

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: $20 (USD).
  • Refund Grace Period: Payouts for commissions will be delayed by 15 days to allow for potential customer refunds.
  • Payouts will be processed via the payment method configured in your affiliate account.

5. Affiliate Conduct

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote Pivot Studio products honestly and ethically.
  • Avoid spamming, misleading claims, or misrepresenting Pivot Studio in any way.
  • Respect copyright, trademarks, and other brand elements of Pivot Studio.

We reserve the right to revoke your affiliate status at any time for violations of these terms, or at our discretion.

6. Termination & Notification

  • Pivot Studio may terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
  • If your affiliate account is terminated, you will receive a notification via email explaining the reason, if applicable.
  • Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
